Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arbatax

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

This is an historic house with all of the modern conveniences. It is located very centrally in a beautiful mountain town with good access to hiking and the ocean. The owner was very helpful and generous when we had some difficulties. We were there off-season and were the first guests of the year, so there were a few kinks to work out, but at all worked out well. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Villa Casula was everything promised. Clean private and close to great restaurants and bars. It was in a real neighborhood not a tourist trap. The Villa was decorated so well, we left feeling inspired to redo our house 😂. We are looking forward to returning as both the Villa and the Country won our hearts. Alfredo, Sabina and Giovanni and Sophia all were amazing and made it so easy.

The property is very small and compact, but impresses with its perfect central location (playground, restaurants, stand - everything within walking distance). We were 2 adults and a toddler, and found it just sufficient in terms of space. Check-in and communication were great and straightforward. We recommend the apartment due to the central location and would be happy to come back!

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at Carla's AirBnB. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms were perfect, and rooftop terrace gave us the most incredible view and place to relax.

In about 5 minutes' walk to restaurants , shops or supermarket (Conad) - excellent. Quiet location, nothing disturbs sleep. The photos are essentially correct, but make the rooms much brighter/more pleasant than in real life. Amenities and cleanliness are really good. Sitting in the garden was hardly possible because of the mosquitoes. For coffee drinkers, there is only a small espresso/mocha pot (1 cup) for the induction stove or instant coffee. One double bed is very good/comfortable. In the 2nd room, there are 2 beds next to each other. However, the mattresses are a few cm shorter and narrower than the frames/slatted frames. My son is about 1.85 m and couldn't sleep on it. Paola brought a new mattress the next day, which was thicker but not bigger. We then exchanged the rooms, as no larger one could be procured. The communication with Paola and her helpfulness were perfect! Overall, a great week that the three of us were able to spend there. Thank you Paola!

Marco was a wonderful host the area was local not very touristy and the people were very helpful be prepared for mountain driving A Car is essential Marco recommended a wonderful restaurant in Loceri Each of the towns around had different atmosphere which makes the area quirky The beaches to the south of Marcos apartments were wonderful lots of hills for hill walking

My husband and I spent a week in Frederica and Andrea's exclusive apartment. We felt very comfortable there. Thanks to their tips, we saw a lot of beautiful things. A nice experience was also to go to the restaurant of the fishermen's cooperative in Arbatax. (Oyster Bar) and then walk through the pine forest there.

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s place. His mother and father were extremely warm and kind welcoming us and helping us whenever we had any issues. The terrace is beautiful and the place is very clean. Only issue was that the place was quite cold especially at night, so bring warm clothes!

I was Maria's guest with my family and we were all very satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Great location for visiting the many beaches of Ogliastra, minutes away by car. Cozy and cool apartment thanks to the sheltered location. Maria and her family gave us lots of tips (places to visit, festivals of the period, restaurants) making us feel really guests. Really recommended!!

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I spent a week with my family at the flat, very comfortable, clean and equipped. The location is great, just a few mins walk to the beach. No noise, the area is quiet, ideal for some rest after the beach. Michela and Stefano have been very nice to us, always available promptly to make our stay great. thank you Jenna's team!

We felt comfortable and well looked after from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and incredibly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend drinking a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we booked in Sardinia! A little more expensive, but absolutely worth the money. A charming property, with a chic pool, great apartments with a magnificent view. Since we have a small child (1 year), I had asked in advance if an earlier check-in and a later check-out are possible due to the nap. Both were absolutely no problem, which we were very grateful for! We also have a cot and a high chair provided free of charge! Gianfranco welcomed us with fresh, delicious strawberries and was super warm, as were his employees. I can therefore highly recommend the accommodation, would have liked to stay longer! Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay! Everything as described! Super nice apartment, plenty of space in the terrace, private parking, air conditioning, great location! The only minus is that there is no elevator and some rooms have a direct connection, no doors and you have to go through one room to get to the other.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.
