Holiday rentals with beach access in Arbatax

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Super nice accommodation, a mountain in the background and the sea in front of your eyes. Perfect for a nice holiday in Sardinia. Max and Claudia always responded immediately were super friendly and accommodating. We had received a small folder with all the most important information and tips for eating out were great. We were very happy, thank you for the great stay ☺️

We fell in love with this small town, and Silvana's apartment was the perfect cozy stay. Silvana was an incredible host, very responsive and helpful! We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony with views of the mountains behind us as well. The location is perfect for a stay in Santa Maria Navarrese, a short walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and port.

Very nice location, seaview from your bed, just next to the sea. Nice apartment, good communication, absolutely recommended!

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

The place was beautiful and clean overall, with good basic comfort and corresponds to the pictures. A highlight was the many terraces. The host was always available and responded immediately. The access to the house leads over an unpaved road. The house is idyllically located, surrounded by trees and bushes, which accordingly also entails mosquitoes, which has not bothered us thanks to insect protection.

It is a beautiful place, we loved the week we spent there. Modern, well equipped, well cleaned and maintained. I appreciated the modern kitchen and adjustable blinds and mosquito nets built in the windows. Got many good tips on what to do around and found it easy to communicate with everyone.

Tito's place was positioned right on a beach, close to lots of beautiful spots for swimming and hiking. We went in November so we unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed but we made use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

The apartment was spotless and well stocked with comfortable beds. The view from the kitchen/living area is gorgeous. We were met at the apartment to be let in and Ioana showed us where to find things and how to use the appliances. She was helpful with local recommendations and very friendly. They responded to questions quickly and ensured everything was working well for our stay. Lovely accommodation in a beautiful spot.

We loved breakfast and vino on the large balcony with sea view. You can walk well to the city beach, communication with Stefano was great. We were allowed to store our luggage in a free apartment on the day of departure, because we still wanted to go to Cala Goloritze without leaving our luggage in the car all day.

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, proximity to the sea and the cozy cottage immensely. The amenities inside and outside were just outstanding. Large refrigerator, freezer, super kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....everything wonderful. When we ran out of gas, a new gas bottle was connected within just one hour and we had hot water again. Communication was simply excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous but lastly, it was easy. The beach was very close and also reachable in less than 10 minutes with my new knee joint. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and many bars and the like, you are in the wrong place. We love this place! It’s very quiet with a beautiful view and close to the charming town we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time here, just a short distance from a beautiful coast and great restaurants.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need to feel good (including salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea, towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Incredibly beautiful view of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area, great hikes in dream bays (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, many useful tips in the apartment. We would come back anytime.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.
