Holiday rentals with beach access in Arbatax

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

The apartment was very clean and everything was tidy. It's exactly like the pictures. The covered parking space on the property is perfect. The apartment is right next to the grocery store. Close to restaurants and beaches. The view from the balcony over the whole village to the sea is awesome. Every morning with the most beautiful sunrises. Silvana is always very easy to reach and helpful. It has everything you need. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Perfect for a stay in that part of Sardinia ! The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable, with a lovely terrasse to enjoy. Editta was very friendly and the communication worked perfectly. The location of the place is perfect. I loved the view from the terrace, the mountains on the right, the sea on the left! There was parking directly in the street. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and restaurants and an ice cream parlour are also nearby. We felt very comfortable! Thank you very much, dear Editta! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the listing photos. There were three of us and for us it was ideal, as a place to get around the island. Cardedu is a very quiet village and its people are welcoming and friendly. We were lucky to be there during the traditional festival, in which there was a procession, parades of regional costumes and dances at the end in the town square. Stefano was an attentive host, and although contact was always by phone, he helped us with his information and kindness. The accommodation is close to supermarkets, a greengrocer and a bakery, which has some delicious and typical Sardinian products. A few minutes by car is a large beach, with crystal clear waters, and following the coast, the beaches follow one another with equal beauty. In Cardedu there are some restaurants where you can eat very well. We will return to Cardedu and if Stefano's accommodation is available we will return without hesitation

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana and Ariana. We spent 10 days in April/ May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace only 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you could need at the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. Very clean apartment. Central, but in a small alley - so no car noises. The highlight is the terrace in a small garden which had both sunshine and shade. Washing machine and a cloth rack were a big plus. Thank you Maria for a lovely time!

Good location for climbers. A bit chilly in the spring time so make sure you have some extra covers. GF gave us heaters so we were ok.
