My house is located 50 m. from the ancient Saracen tower overlooking the crystal-clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away are a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants , bars , ice cream parlours , shops , ATMs and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for a bitof tranquility, for lonely adventurers who love nature , for business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to try climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets.
