The property is in the historic center, a traditional stone house completely renovated preserving traditional materials. It is a nice studio apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, furnished with care , next to the patron saint's house. At the edge of Sadali's forest, near the stream. A place suitable for those looking for tranquility, nature and silence. Elisabetta was a great host who gave us tips for restaurants and activities in the area. You can usually find a parking space near the house.

I really enjoyed my stay in Baunei at Pierpaolo’s place. The appartement has all the amenities you will need during your holiday. The apartment was very clean. Also you can park your car directly at the front door, however this is in a typical Italian small street. Also enough parking space just a small walk from the apartment just at the end of the main street. All in all I would love to come back to this part of Sardenia and I would book again at this place

The apartment is very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and the spaces are large and welcoming. The rooms stay cool during the day, I've never needed to turn on the air conditioner. The village of Cardedu is close to many seaside resorts, but also to wilder landscapes. Thank you very much to Mrs. Lucia for her kindness and hospitality throughout the stay, it was a pleasure! I will definitely be back

We spent four nights in the accommodation and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped. We felt comfortable immediately. The location is great: central, but quiet, with everything you need nearby. The check-in was straightforward and the contact very friendly. We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Amazing location and unit. Unit has everything needed for a long stay and is very clean. Had an awesome time. The only thing was that the internet is very slow. They use a tether box and it's 4g limited so we only got ~10mbps down and 7mbps up. It also seemed to throttle the speeds after ~5gb a day. We ended up just tethering our phones the whole time which worked well since we had 4 bars of 5g from the balcony but was expensive since we have US sim cards.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

Although we were unable to stay at Antonella's place, I can confidently say she is an excellent host. Antonella was extremely friendly and quick to respond to all our messages. She clearly explained the cancellation process and even took the extra step of reaching out to Airbnb support to get all the information we needed. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Antonella as a host for her professionalism and helpfulness.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great – the accommodation was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and helpful. An absolute dream for families with children – we felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Swimming pool also very pleasant! In addition, received good tips from our host for restaurants nearby, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. Can only say positive things about Ritas B&B in the small town of Loceri. My husband, our little son and I stayed with Rita for a week. She's really made something of the place. There is a super nice and sheltered seating area outside the apartment, with lots of plants, fruit trees and colours. The pool area feels like a small oasis with grapevines and olive trees around. Rita pays attention to the details and you can tell. It's even nicer than the pictures on Airbnb. The apartment itself has everything you need and Rita makes sure it is clean and inviting. Thanks to the friendly Rita and her equally friendly husband. Top recommendations from here!

Rita and her husband are very nice and warm hosts. The stay with you was very nice and relaxed. The whole property is like a small paradise with many fruit trees and you can see that a lot of love is put into everything. I am glad I chose Rita's place and can really only recommend it. It certainly wasn't the last time I stayed with her.

We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

We spent six wonderful days here – everything was tip-top! The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. The pool was the absolute highlight, especially for our children – we used it every day! The entire complex is very quiet and designed with great attention to detail – you can immediately see how much effort the host puts in. The communication was great – fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. The location is also good: a supermarket is nearby, and the beach is only 5–10 minutes away by car. We would come back anytime if we travel to Sardinia. Absolute recommendation!
