Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The location in the green and quiet Alstertal with hiking trails and canoe rental invites you to relax. It is a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and bus station. From there, the city can be reached in 30 minutes.

The apartment was completely renovated in July 2024. The living space is distributed over two rooms.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.
