We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Pleasant accommodation and very friendly hosts.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and firelighters ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We stayed 4 nights in the quiet house with two children. The house has everything you need to live. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The train station is about a 20-minute walk. The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. In the morning we only heard the birds chirping. Sebastien is easy to reach and very quick to answer any questions. There is also a friendly assistant, who is always available. During the welcome email, there was an easy-to-understand video for self check-in. We definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back again ourselves.

Monday is beautiful, it has everything private for each of us. My son stayed downstairs and had his own bathroom. My other children had their own room, it has a charming place, it is a courtyard surrounded by flowers, fantastic lights for coffee, I liked everything a little complicated, the shape for the keys could place a modern smart box. The place is 100% recommended, I loved being able to enjoy the time in my beautiful room, with my own TV, everything was very good

We are super happy and enjoyed the apartment very much! It was clean and tidy. There was everything you might need. Isabelle has also given tips on restaurants and how we can get to different places. She has been very helpful and kind. You can hear sounds from the street quite well, but it was nothing that bothered us. The area is nice and quiet and easy to get to both Paris city center and Disneyland. We can really recommend Isabelle's apartment!

Celine was a very nice host and it was a wonderful stay for our 1 night in Paris. She gave us nearby recommendations, as well as instructions to nearby public transportation options. She even allowed us to drop our stuff off before check-in so we could go into the city without worrying about our luggage. When we arrived, we were greeted by her very sweet dog, which was a nice surprise after an early morning of travel. We were able to comfortably fit 5 of us in the Airbnb for a very good price. The center of the city is a cheap 30-50 minute train ride away, which is perfect for someone who is looking to stay in Paris without paying for an expensive hotel. Would definitely recommend 👌

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

The location was very quiet, very close to the U-BAHN. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.
