The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great location for a base for Paris, and the pool was fantastic on the hot days. Great house for a large family, with all mod cons. Would strongly recommend to others.

We stayed there in August 24 to explore Paris and Disneyland with our children. The house is conveniently located to go there by car. We also use the train to come to Paris, but this was significantly more expensive with four people than to park in Paris all day. However, the connection of the train is very good. We also spent two days by the pool to give ourselves a little peace and quiet. Staff there is very kind. There are two umbrellas and a few chairs. I recommend bringing a blanket and also a separate umbrella. The weather was very hot over 30° and we were able to refresh ourselves well. However, the house was very warm. However, there are fans in all rooms. So it was bearable. Jonathan got us a crib, thank you so much for that. We would come back.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

The apt was very cozy and spacious. Walkable to cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s some good running routes along the canal close to the apt. Dimitri was very fast to respond and also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

It was a great experience, a clean and tidy apartment, the location was easy to find, and the owner was very attentive to introduce us to the surrounding amenities, which was great!

We stayed in Nelly's studio for a total of 5 nights and were very satisfied. The metro was easy to reach on foot, making it an ideal starting point to get anywhere in Paris. Nelly herself was a very kind, accommodating host. We didn't miss anything in the studio, everything was available to take care of yourself. Paris was definitely worth a trip again, we will come back.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful and offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, it truly felt like our own private sanctuary—calm, cozy, and relaxing. After spending our days exploring the city on foot, coming back to unwind in the hot tub was an incredible treat and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The apartment was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated having access to laundry facilities, which made our trip so much more comfortable and convenient. The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully arranged, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Francois was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He made us feel right at home and was full of helpful tips and local recommendations.
