We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Our apartment in the heart of Alex's village is perfect for visiting the Annecy area. It is conveniently located between Lake Annecy (6 mins) and the ski resorts of Grand Bornand, La Clusaz (20 mins)... Starting with many hiking, cycling and a short walk to renowned paragliding sites, Alex is a charming village. Our apartment is oriented East, it is attached to our house but the entrance is totally independent. There is no opposite with our house. Welcome!

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the ski resorts of Aravis (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains ! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxation and admiration of the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
