The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family friendly villa area close to the forest and at bicycle distance to the chalky white sand beaches that Åhus is known for. There are good communications to grocery stores, the city center and Kristianstad. You can get to Åhus harbor by bike or a nice walk. The house offers all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and housewares, A/C, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi, etc. If you miss something in the house, you can always knock on our door that is your closest neighbor.

Välkommen till vårt hemtrevliga annex på cirka 50 m² – ett charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutiker ( ICA Kvantum eller Willys) För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, och basketkorg. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
