The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Guest house within walking distance to the beach

Annex from the turn of the century on two floors. Patio with wooden deck, lawn and small pool (June-August). Bedroom upstairs with double bed, as well as a social area with sofa. Lower level with a smaller kitchen, small fridge and bathroom with shower and another social room/dining room with table and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. There is room for another child or youth on the upper floor. Not suitable for small children due to steep stairs. Walking distance to the beach as well as the center/harbor with shops, etc.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family friendly villa area close to the forest and at bicycle distance to the chalky white sand beaches that Åhus is known for. There are good communications to grocery stores, the city center and Kristianstad. You can get to Åhus harbor by bike or a nice walk. The house offers all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and housewares, A/C, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi, etc. If you miss something in the house, you can always knock on our door that is your closest neighbor.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås, there is a small fishing port and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafés and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

The beach is close, about a 5-minute walk away. And often you can hear the sound of the sea on the patio. The area has a calm, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Deer, squirrels and hares are often seen on the property.
