The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Electric car charging is not allowed in wall outlets, but contact the host for the possibility of charging via charging box (for a fee) on another part of the property.

Welcome to this quiet 1920s home, a 5-minute walk from the beach. The ground floor has a ceiling height of 3 meters. There is an equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious sofa set with room to socialize. The house is partially newly renovated and all rooms repainted. There are three bedrooms with seven beds and two sofa beds. Bed linen and bath towel included. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Laundry room is in the basement. Free parking is included, with room for four cars. In the garden, there is a conservatory with a dining area.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

Nice Attefallshus in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family friendly villa area close to the forest and at bicycle distance to the chalky white sand beaches that Åhus is known for. There are good communications to grocery stores, the city center and Kristianstad. You can get to Åhus harbor by bike or a nice walk. The house offers all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and housewares, A/C, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi, etc. If you miss something in the house, you can always knock on our door that is your closest neighbor.

Free parking and WiFi. Towels and linnen can be rented for 100 SEK/person.

Välkommen till vårt annex på cirka 50 m² – ett nyrenoverat, charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutiker ( ICA Kvantum eller Willys) För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, och basketkorg.
