Welcome to rent our annex with a central location in wonderful Åhus! We fill the fridge with really good breakfast and you have free access to coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Welcome to our dear cohabitation cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, with 200 meters to the sea as well as the crown forest. It is about 1,5 km to the city centre where the harbour and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own patio area as well as a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are on site, if you want to rent, 200 SEK. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.

Beach apartment by the sea in Åhus

There were four of us there for four days in August. The apartment is located right on the beach (great) and you can see the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Joacim gave us excellent instructions for check-in, so it was easy to get into the apartment via the code lock. The apartment is very well equipped, also in the kitchen. We'd love to come back next time we're in Sweden. Many thanks to Joacim

Nice accommodation. Nice location. Two small cabins, one with toilet, kitchen and sleeping facilities and one just with toilet and sleeping facilities. Perfect if you are two families with children when you do not disturb each other at night. Would recommend

Cecilia's place was even better than expected. Perfectly appointed, spotless and very comfortable for our family. The host was very communicative and made our trip so easy. She recommended excellent restaurants - all within a short walk. The beach and stunning nature walk are just a short walk from the house. The beds (including sofa bed) were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen has all we needed. 10/10 for a perfect stay!
