Custom-built, eco-friendly, tiny house peacefully nestled among kōwhai, plum, maple & feijoa trees on one of Taupō's township's largest sections (Richmond Heights suburb - 7 minute drive to CBD). Interior design is Scandinavian - light & airy. Recently built, the double-glazing, insulation & heat pump will keep you toasty warm in winter & cool in summer. Screens (unusual in Aotearoa) allow you to catch an evening breeze without uninvited insects sneaking in! Contactless check-in via lockbox.

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Only 2 mns drive from shop, restaurants, lake beaches, and bike tracks. 8 mns from Taupo centre. This charming self contained studio is situated at the rear of our garage, and detached from our house. It's a large open space (60m2), well decorated . Overlook on 1 acre of garden.Very peaceful and quiet surrounding. Super King Size bed, Single bed. If you book for 2 persons we will set up the Super King Size bed. Semi detached sunny compact studio joined to main dwelling by deck located on our lifestyle section. Studio has a deck divided from the main dwelling by a screen for privacy. Private entrance/lock box. Kitchenette, continental breakfast provisions on first morning supplied - microwave available (no stove top or oven) . There is a TV with chrome cast only. There is no free to air TV, Netflix etc). Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.
