After two weeks of utilizing airbnbs in NZ, this property has by far been our favorite. Beautiful views, walkable to great restaurants, very clean… we can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We just hope we can return soon!

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend stay. The place was incredibly quiet and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really appreciated the lovely personal touches that made our holiday feel extra special. Everything was clearly prepared with care. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Lauren and Sam This was a very lovely place right next to the lake. Can see the lake from the bed and there is heaps of ducks. Lauren and Sam were kind and responsive while also making sure your experience was private.

Carly’s place is beautiful ! The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very nice and has all the basic things that you need. The views were beautiful and we could spot the deers from the deck it was magical. Would absolutely recommend! We had a amazing stay

We had a great time staying here during our family’s visit to Rotorua. Joe was extremely communicative and helpful, ensuring it was easy for us to get into the house and had everything we needed for our family of young kids. We loved the location and the beautiful views and hope to be back to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities!

We spent 3 busy months traveling across New Zealand with our baby and we had the privilege of staying at Anne’s for our very last week. It was a week in paradise: an incredible view of farmland and mountains, songbirds galore, a beautiful citrus orchard and two incredible hosts who welcomed us like family. The place was spotless and so nicely decorated, generously equipped with everything you need. We had lots of room for our bub, whether for playing, eating or sleeping. The outdoor tub was a real treat, both for baby bath time and for stargazing at night! Anne went out of her way to make us feel at home and was so generous with our little one. He got to meet and feed farm animals and spent lots of time enjoying their swing. The location was ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet central for discovering the peninsula’s east coast. For hikers wanting to go off the beaten path, there are accessible tracks nearby. Staying here meant soaking in NZ’s best before heading home!

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

Feeling very refreshed after 2 lovely days spent at the magical Bethells Beach. Mary’s spot is a so peaceful, cosy and the perfect location to unwind for the weekend. Mary was incredibly helpful and kind and provided some great suggestions of the area. An extra special treat is Mary making us a yummy breakfast with eggs from her 4 local ladies and a delicious cup on coffee. It truly was a 5* stay and we can’t wait to come back.

What a beautiful slice of country life! We could have stayed for much longer - lovely home surrounded by hills and farmland, loved being close to farm animals and having long walks at our doorstep going out 2.5 hours. A little perk we couldn't get enough of was the farm fresh milk waiting for us in the fridge - and lots of other little touches here and there that made us feel right at home! Would love to be back one day 😍

The property is located near the city and parks, we were able to walk around the area. The house was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Josephine was a great host!

Ian and Ailsa were fabulous hosts and their place was good for a couple nights in Titirangi. Beautiful area and close to good restaurants and walks.

We had a lovely stat at Barn loft . The place was beautifully presented and very cosy, making it the perfect retreat. Being able to bring our dog along was an added bonus that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I booked Emma's place for my bridal team to get ready in. Space-wise, it was perfect, gorgeous views, and amazing communication with the host. We had a slight hiccup with the microwave not being cleaned properly, but Emma was so quick to resolve the issue that it was like it never happened. 10/10 recommend!!

My husband and I had the most wonderful time staying in Raglan at Vicki's place. The apartment was the perfect size for us and had a great range of kitchen tools and items for making home-cooked meals. We loved taking in the gorgeous views of the Raglan bay from the deck and living room. Vicki was so thoughtful and proactive with sharing instructions and recommendations to make our stay even better.

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Cosy, warm, comfortable. So peaceful and had a lovely outlook. Had everything I needed and I very much enjoyed my two nights there. Can thoroughly recommend! PS…and the blueberry jam was to die for! Thank you!

Absolutely loved this property, we felt instantly at home - it’s very comfortable. Being elevated from the road, the view of the lake is wonderful and the sunsets are stunning! Bayley is a great communicator which is always appreciated. We would definitely book this property again - thank you.

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful meant a great night sleep. The loft was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The only very slight negative was the driveway was a bit hard to find - but that was google maps fault. I talked to Liz about this and she now has a new link to help people find it. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay, complete with a tour of the farm and feeding the cattle and ducks - my kids thought that was amazing! Alison is fantastic with online communication, and was very patient with my excited children on the tour! Both Alison and Drew are lovely, and their property is immaculate. The house was well equiped with everything we needed, and very warm and comfortable. We would love to come back- especially in warmer weather so we can use the pool more!

I have no hesitations recommending this place. You won’t be disappointed. We had an incredible stay. The location and facilities are second to none. Parking to apartment in just 1 minute and it is all covered and easily accessed by lift. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with everything you’ll need. Two bathrooms was a massive bonus as was the washer/dryer to keep on top of washing. The pool, spa, and sauna were the highlight for our kids and we spent a lot of time there. The city and viaduct areas are walkable or grab a scooter and save your legs. The supermarket just across the road was so handy. Although it was raining for a lot of our stay the view from the apartment is amazing. In the summer having dinner and drinks on the balcony would be incredible. Comfortably slept four of us and we never felt crowded in the living room. This place is a credit to Linley and we’ll be looking this place up when we come for another break, concerts, or sports events.
