Loft holiday rentals in Waikato Region

Beautiful views, clean cozy space. Our 2 4 year old grandsons were facinated with the views of Rotorua and admiring the stars. Our family loved our stay Appreciated the yummy food for breakfast

Margaret was gracious and attentive when needed. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The entire place was well-furnished. The kitchen and bath were conveniently organized. The accomadations were spacious and the furnishings were comfortable from the sofas to the beds. The grounds were beautiful. I will be recommending Margaret's place to family members who will be visiting NZ later this year.

What a great place to stay! Close enough to the city and all of its attractions and far enough away from the ‘sweet’ smells of Rotorua. We enjoyed the wonderful daytime views and starry nights. The accommodations were comfortable like our own home.

The place was as per the photos. We found the property very cute and we enjoyed our stay. The printout with information about the area was very thoughtful and useful. If you come at night you might want to have a way to light the way as there is a small step down that you might miss. It might not suit people who are not used to lower ceilings and we did hit ourselves a few times until we got used to it. Because of that using the kitchen for cooking wasn't particularly pleasant but it did the job for the short time we were there. The kitchen had the essentials except for a cleaning brush or sponge. I needed to buy some for home so I didn't bother Chloe and Andy about it but I'm sure they'll be happy to help you if anything is missing.

Great space. Very walkable and close to great restaurants, shopping, public transport. Had a car but didn’t need it the entire time while at this space. Loft is large and open. Love the character of the old brick building. Smaller bedroom has 2 beds and off living room while larger bedroom is up in a loft but private from main space. Only drawback is the bathroom is on the other side of the space from the larger bedroom. Large flight of stairs to get to it. Belinda was very helpful and very responsive to our requests while staying in the space. Would recommend and would stay again.

Our family loved staying at Tam and Charles' place. It was a wonderful space on the bottom floor of their home with a private entrance, two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and huge bathroom. The unit looked out onto the bay and was a quick walk to the Whitianga ferry. A major highlight was Tam and Charles' warm hospitality from the initial greeting, and check-in with expert recommendations to breakfast supplies and various beach amenities for the guests. This place and the hosts made our Coromandel stay even more memorable.

Our stay was great! Our host was super flexible and responsive, and we had a great time. My only feedback for future guests is the walls/windows are quite thin and you're going to hear conversations and noise happening on the street, but that also comes with the territory of renting a room downtown. Would recommend!

Awesome apartment to stay at, we had everything we needed, was comfortable and great area and home away from home Rod was so easy to communicate with and fast to respond, close to good restaurants, highly recommended

This is a fabulous Airbnb and honestly a highlight of our NZ trip! A good central location to visit Waitomo, Raglan, Putaruru, and several other cool rock climbing destinations! Paul, the host, was kind and welcoming, with lots of great recommendations and excellent taste! The Airbnb is stocked with all the amenities, cool photo books, good coffee and breakfast snacks! We loved the designerly decor of the property and the warm hospitality. Also loved the gated parking spot. 10/10 recommend! Only wish we could have stayed longer, thanks Paul!

Great central spot, perfect for a getaway in Auckland. The beds were comfy and there’s a great sunrise in the mornings. Getting into/out of the parking garage is a bit interesting because the driveway is so steep, but the check in instructions were very clear and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay, would come again.

Isaac’s place was an excellent choice for our stay in Auckland. It was very clean and spacious with a lovely deck. The bed was comfy and the bedroom nice and dark. The bath was relaxing after a day of walking. The location is very good with great restaurants and few minutes walk away and an easy walk into the middle of town or an easy Uber ride anywhere. We hadn’t quite expected the stairs up to the apartment but free exercise is always good!

We had a lovely stay in Taupō and the location was perfect! Very helpful hosts with an amazing space! Our dog (baby) Moko had a great stay as well! Totally recommend!
