Chris was a lovely host, the unit is compact and comfortable and has all of your basic amenities. My kids loved the spa pool, nothing better than unwinding in a hot tub after a long day of sightseeing! would definitely love to come back and stay in the future, maybe our next visit to hobbiton.

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

We had a great stay at Terry & Millie's place. The accommodation was very cosy and warm considering the outside temperatures and the bed was so comfortable. We liked the accommodation being a little outside the main town as it was quiet and peaceful. All amenities were provided for us to be able to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner - having an air fryer & dishwasher were added bonuses. Lastly, Roxy was such a beautifully natured dog that our daughter loved having around to give pats to. Would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Rotorua.

Raglan Bungalow is a special place securely tucked in a peaceful and private oasis that is a mix between tropical beach vibes and comfy country home feel with indoor & outdoor living, connected to nature. The outdoor bathtub is magical especially when the cleansing rain pours. The beautiful decorative designs and kitchenette displays, layout of the bedroom, open outdoor space, living area were all incredibly delightful to experience. Bungalow has the best water pressure shower leaving one feeling super clean and refresh. There were days it was simply relaxing to stay in to enjoy the Bungalow. Lesley greeted us and was just lovely. Told us about what there was to do in the area, including eateries. Just a hop skip and jump to the swing bridge was awesome. Beautifully clean and tidy.

Was beautiful studio perfect place to disconnect from the world and just be. Nicole was such a great host so easy to deal with. A quick easy drive to the town for dinners or breakfasts and back to the piece and quite of the beautiful studio.

The house was spotless and beautiful, with a well stocked kitchen and private deck. The cheese platter the host left was a lovely surprise. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

My partner and I loved our stay at Scott and Helen's place and would definitely stay again. The place was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet, peaceful location. The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate and had everything we needed. Scott was very friendly and came to say hello once we arrived. Will definitely recommend for future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s. It was exactly what we needed to wind down. Although the kitchenette was small, we still managed to cook a pasta dish and also a delicious breakfast. The view from bed in the morning was lovely. It was the perfect location for us to do what we needed in Tauranga and out at the family’s farm near Kati

Our stay was amazing. So peaceful and rejuvenating. This place is perfectly situated to visit the surrending. The view from the house is stunning and the access to the lake is very special. I'll probably come back ✨

A neat and tidy cosy place that was perfect for me to retreat to and chill out after visiting family for a few days. The accommodation was quiet, peaceful, surrounded by large vegetable gardens and fruit trees and greenery. Off street parking was up the back and beside the unit, easy and secure. Everything was there that you would need for a short stay. I stayed during winter, so the electric heater and electric blanket were heaven, made the place quite cosy. Wasn’t modern or flashy but had a nice homely vibe while being clean,tidy and comfortable.
