Studio accomodation overlooking Marina, breakfast

This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Kurupae knights

Our place is an entire basement unit, with your own private bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Its a 15min walk down to the lake, or up to the hilltop market. Its the perfect space for couples, solo adventures or business travellers. Margi and I love to travel and meet new people to exchange stories. Or you may also have all the privacy you wish since the the lower level is self contained. Also if you like feel welcome to take advantage of our upper deck with a breathtaking view of Lake Taupo.

The Bothy: apartment-style homestay

The Bothy is a self-contained and independent unit of Belinda and Hugh's lovely home, but has the same fantastic views of the lake and the mountains as their own sitting room. It has a small kitchen so you can be as independent as you wish, and a comfy lounge with "that" view! The main bedroom has a king bed, but there are two single beds and a small child-sized bed in a mezzanine loft (with pull-out ladder access) for the family, and a pull-out couch which makes into a comfy bed for one extra.

Nestled in the peaceful area of the Botanical gardens is our place to rest and recharge your mind and spirit. Our retreat is opposite the vast reserve surrounding you with bird song and walks into the lush New Zealand native bush. We have a secluded courtyard to sit and contemplate whilst having a glass of wine and reading magazines from our selection. Enjoy an easy bike to town or "The Lions Walk" on the lakefront on our electric bikes, a super way to see the sights and come home smiling.

Idyllic spot; easy 10 -15 min stroll to town. Superb sparkling clean, self contained Unit incl. breakfast supplies, coffee/ tea toast (bed, bath, kitchenette, breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, jug) Lovely comfy SUPER King bed- just awesome for all guests. Main house is adjacent to Boat Ramp/ Reserve/ Marina. Guest unit ( not Marina side) has independent access.*Can park car in driveway or on grass. Semi detached sunny compact studio joined to main dwelling by deck located on our lifestyle section. Studio has a deck divided from the main dwelling by a screen for privacy. Private entrance/lock box. Kitchenette, continental breakfast provisions on first morning supplied - microwave available (no stove top or oven) . There is a TV with chrome cast only. There is no free to air TV, Netflix etc). Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

Peaceful Guest House - 2 Mile Bay (inc breakfast)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A quiet sheltered sunny spot a short stroll from the lake and popular 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club. Our guest wing is fully self contained and private, you can keep to yourself or we are just next door if you need anything (we are a family with 2 children aged 5 and 7). The room has separate access and a soundproof door between our space and yours. The kitchenette provides a toaster, jug, fridge and coffee machine.
