The world renown Redwood forest is on our doorstep, only a minute walk & mountainbikers can easily ride from our place to the forest. GOOD SIZED seperate apartment in our home. A large bedroom (comfortably sleeps 4), lounge (with Netflix), dining and kitchen. Good for families, singles & couples. You have off street parking & self access is via your own entrance courtyard. Forest access is amazing: 100's km of hilking and biking trails across the road. 5km from the centre of town and good restaurant/cafes/takeaways/local shops within 1km. There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

Enjoy our cosy, self contained bedsit unit which is detached from the main house with its own private entrance and off street parking. Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Simple breakfast supplied for your first night, all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 minute walk to bus ride for resturants and sightseeing attractions.

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
