This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

The stay with Nina and Alex was really great. The apartment was very clean and exactly as in the pictures. Nina was always easy to reach and even asked on cold days if they should turn on the heating and get another heater, so always very eager to make sure nothing was missing. The two were always very warm and even left a little something for my birthday at the door. I just somehow wasn't aware in advance that the apartment is at the height, otherwise I would have certainly cycled more often, but the almost 300m with the slope to the apartment killed me :D Oil was unfortunately not available, as advertised, but that was not so bad, because otherwise there was really nothing to complain about, I felt very comfortable in the accommodation!! :) Would book again.

I was at the lake for the second time, everything was perfect again. Petra and Klaus are very warm hosts. The apartment is nice to spend a few quiet days in a fantastic environment.

The house was as shown in the photos, the check-in instructions are very clear, we had no difficulty checking in. The availability of spare keys was a positive detail. We stayed comfortably as a family of 4. It was clean, it does not have its own parking, but there are parking spaces where you can park on the nearby streets. The host answered all our questions quickly. We may have minor criticism, such as the lack of a curtain on the bathroom window and the ceiling being too low upstairs. We'd love to stay again.

Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed via Airbnb and will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we’re in this region.

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and very well maintained. Everything that was provided was in extremely good condition (towels, linens, kitchen).

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

Top, Wolfgang was easily accessible, accommodation very nice! Private garden, sauna and hot tub make the weekend an experience. Right in nature, hiking trails right outside the front door with great destinations. Parking in front of the door and fully equipped house.

Mikail is a great host - helpful, very nice and proactive! The house is furnished as shown in the photos, lovingly and also very clean! We are a team of 10 people and one Toddler stayed there, the size was more than enough for us! I can only recommend the accommodation when visiting Garmisch :)

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Many thanks to Simon and Sabrina.

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Lake Schliersee again, we will gladly return to this apartment!

Lovely apartment with views of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
