Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-metre apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance. The apartment comprises a large combined living-dining-kitchen area, a large bedroom, a small combined living-bedroom with a single bed (185 x 85 cm), and a bathroom. A foldaway bed (90 x 200 cm) is available upon request. There is space for 4 adults and 1 baby (cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Apartment near centre, sleeps 2-10

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

The freshly renovated old building apartment with love is the former hunting room of the estate. In addition to old ship parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking space is also right in front of the door. The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf - Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
