Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 11th arrondissement

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

My wife and I loved Hugo's place. It is a charming little bungalow. The space is big enough for 1 to 2 people and a couple of a bags, but it was lovely for us as we spent most of our days out and about exploring the city. It is tight quarters, but with the windows open and the breeze blowing and the sounds of the street below, it's a perfect Paris apartment for a visitor. The restaurants, boulangeries, and cafe's in the immediate area are incredible and we loved the area so much. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Hugo!!!!! This was such a chic, clean and cosy place to stay. It has great natural light especially in the afternoon. And a wonderful outlook yet it feels private. The kitchen was stacked with pantry items and utensils which made me feel very at home. And Olivier was very helpful when I had issues with my next booking. I really cannot fault this apartment and would stay again. Thanks to Olivier and co hosts.

Aldric was a great host. He accommodated us with an earlier check in. The apartment is very charming and cozy. Communication was great. Lots of cafe and restaurants in the area. And super important right by the metro. Great apartment to stay in Paris.

If you visit Paris and want to live peacefully yet be closer to everything then this apartment is the place to be. Tastefully done, super clean, vey good safety and so well equipped with everything! Beautifully designed apartment, a real little "cocoon" in the middle of the hectic big city. An attentive neighbour who was available for check-in and check-out. I'd love to come back!

We had a lovely time at Maxime’s place. He made the check-in very easy, and everything about our stay was smooth. The location is great, with nice restaurants and bars in a short walking distance. Fantastic location for the price. The space itself was well maintained and felt comfortable, though it can get a bit hot in the summer - I recommend sleeping with the windows open! Also, if you are a bit taller like me, it takes a second to get used to the bed which is in the loft space above with fairly low ceilings. That being said, no real complaints, it was a very enjoyable stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to visit Paris. Thanks Maxime!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. There are also several shopping options nearby. Communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

This was a great location with lots of things to do around. There are some great restaurants and it’s easily walkable to the metro. I would stay again! Thanks for a wonderful trip to Paris!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Our stay could not have been better! The location is fabulous - right in the middle of everything with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries all right there and grocery on the corner. The place was lovely and surprisingly quiet, so we could rest at the end of our busy days of being tourists. Host was responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

This comfortable apartment was affordable and a good base to visit Paris. The canal and a lovely park are within walking distance and it is close to a metro station for travel around Paris. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. I did have a problem getting the induction hob to work, as I have not used one before but, I messaged the apartment manager, who responded very quickly and provided a video to solve my problem. Siam was a very good host and I would certainly rent his apartment again, for short trip. Thank you Siam!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
