We offer a comfortable home away from home that will allow you to explore our fabulous neighborhood. Parmentier/Oberkampf’s nightlife, restaurants and entertainment options are renowned. The Marais is just a 15 minute walk away, and République is just 8 minute walk away. There is nearby access to the Parmentier metro stop on the 3 line and the 96 bus stop (which will take you through the heart of Paris - the Marais, Hotel de Ville, the 6th arrondissement - to end up at Gare Montparnasse). There are several bi-weekly food markets within walking distance, as well as delicious bakeries and wine stores, for you to enjoy the full Parisian experience! This charming, typically Parisian and sunny 800 square foot apartment features : - 5th and last floor with elevator access - 1 adult bedroom with a double bed and a TV - 1 child’s bedroom with a child’s bed and a pull-out couch (double bed) - 1 child’s bedroom - Fully equipped kitchen, with induction stove, microwave oven and fridge - Wifi - Washer in the apartment - Living room with a couch and a TV . Authentic apartment with views of all of Paris.

My accommodation is on the top floor (with elevator) of a beautiful Haussmann building, with unobstructed views of all the monuments of Paris. Located at the Voltaire metro station, between Bastille and Père Lachaise, it is close to all shops (bistros, wine cellar...) and in the heart of a real neighborhood life. I am very attached to Parisian life and I chose this apartment because it brings together for me all the attractions of the capital. It is quiet, warm and carefully furnished.
