This bright apartment, ideally located in the 11th arrondissement, sleeps 2. The apartment is above the Voltaire metro (line 9), next to Charonne, Père Lachaise cemetery, Bastille and the marsh (Place des Vosges 15-20 min walk). Gare de Lyon is a 20-minute walk away. There are many restaurants (JIP, Taverne de Zhao, Café du coin, Il Bacaro, le Servan, GIBON...), bars (Frequency, Les bebus, Le Split...), green spaces and shops in the area.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
