Comfortable bed, medium size 140 x 200. Wi-Fi. TV with Netflix and Amazon. Parking lot available in the building. Mobile Air cooler for temporary use (too noisy for sleeping). Fan available. Please note that the apartment is located on a busy street, so it's not totally quiet, even with double glazing.

Located between Bassin de la Villette and Buttes Chaumont, and very well connected by metro (lines 2, 5, 7 and 7bis), this apartment is a perfect base for discovering Paris. Renovated in 2023, the apartment is comfortable and has an equipped kitchen. Very bright, you will enjoy its terrace equipped with a small table, perfect for a coffee or lunch in the sun. It is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator. I've been renting it out recently, so not many reviews yet ;)

A staircase gives access to a high mezzanine of 20 m2 housing the walk-in closet and the bedroom with its 160 cm bed. The white bathroom offers a shower, toilet and towel dryer.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of Bastille

Charming apartment in the heart of an old industrial courtyard in the 11th arrondissement. Many artisans are still present (potter, luthier, photographer etc.). Facing south, the apartment is sunlit from morning until late afternoon, and is extremely quiet despite the dynamism and life of the neighborhood. Several small corners with table and chairs have been set up in the private courtyard; and everyone can enjoy reading a book, having lunch or enjoying the greenery.

Ideal for 2 people, it has all the comforts and is located in an authentic, lively and perfectly served area, one minute from Gambetta Square. The surroundings are full of good places that I'll show you on site! Note: This is my place when I stay in Paris.
