Since we live in the house ourselves and the area is very quiet, the accommodation is particularly suitable for a relaxing and respectful stay. Pets are 🩷tely welcome.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
