Het huis ligt in Schüttdorf, aan de zuidkant van het meer. Het is een rustige straat met parkeerruimte. Het ligt ongeveer 1 km van de dichtstbijzijnde skilift (Areitbahn), 10 minuten lopen en 4 minuten met de auto. Daar is een heel grote parkeerplaats. En circa 5 minuten van de dichtstbijzijnde halte van de skibus. Zell am See stad is 3 min rijden. Het meer is op nog geen 5 minuten fietsen. Het huis is omringd met bergen die allemaal te beklimmen zijn, voor ieder niveau is genoeg wandelplezier.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

2 Raum-Apartment F mit Schlafsofas und Hochbetten

Im Haus befinden sich drei meiner kleineren Apartments, die jeweils für 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet sind. Es gibt nur einen Schlafraum, dafür haben alle Appartments dieses Typs die bei Kindern besonders beliebten Hochbetten (in denen man aber auch als "Großer" gut schlafen kann. Luftig und hell und dank der Wohnküche trotz 50 m² Fläche echt viel Raum ! Neu !! In der Sommersaison 2020 ist im Buchungspreis für jede gebuchte Person die Nationalpark-Card im Preis enthalten !

Das ca. 20 m² große Doppelzimmer mit Balkon befindet sich im Gasthof Pesbichl, wo du auch frühstücken und abendessen (Halbpension) kannst und sich die Rezeption befindet. Es besteht aus einem Schlafraum mit großem Doppelbett, Einzelbett und Schlafcouch und eigenem Badezimmer. W-Lan, Terrasse und Parkplatz sind kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist mit Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher mit selbstgemachten Teemischungen steht in jedem Zimmer bereit.
