Not only the apartment, also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk to the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute tranquility, elevated over the rooftops of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. A true gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis waiting, in front of the door a beautiful hiking trail... Request quickly:-)

Taxbauer: Cosy apartment in alpine farmhouse

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Kaiserfleckerl - Almwiesn

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. The internet speed is about 250 Mbit/s download. We offer a basic selection of teas, coffee and spices. We can provide a TV, but please mention it in your message to us. Tourist tax of 2.6€\night is extra in cash at arrival, you get a guest card for free public transportation and other discounts

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

We have newly renovated a small but fine apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and have furnished it pretty and practical for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.
