Ihre Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses und hat ca. 100qm mit 3 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, Bad und einen großzügigen Balkon. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse und in nur 150 m Entfernung zum Fluss Regen. Die Wohnung ist komplett im Herbst 2023 renoviert worden und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß in die Stadt Roding sind es 10 min. Wir freuen uns sehr Sie zu begrüßen.

Musíte prostě vyšlápnout kopec:) Pitnou vodu si donesete z čisté studánky, taktéž 80 m pod boudou. Elektřina je omezena -solární panel.
