a nice large room with a large bathroom and very good kitchen equipment. Unbeatable for the price. Unfortunately, I was unable to communicate with the mother on site, as she only speaks Czech. But everything was very friendly.

Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb. Pavla was an excellent host. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The views out of the windows were just breathtaking. Situated at the end of a private road, you could not ask for a better place to stay. The wildflowers are beautiful, and the birds sang so sweetly. What a wonderful, private oasis, perfect for reflection and very peaceful.

K&D were such incredible hosts and made our stay feel very welcome and right at home. They were very responsive when we needed anything, and never hesitated to respond and help out if we had any queries. The house itself was stunning and was very relaxing and peaceful for our group, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. We would happily return and stay here again, and it made our trip to Prague even better.:)

Had a great stay at the chalet. It was particularly nice that there was a lot for our children, we actually didn't have to take any toys with us. The kitchen was really well equipped, everything was thought of here! We'd love to come back! The only drawback was the whirlpool in the courtyard entrance, as we would have liked it better if it had been on the terrace - not everyone always wants to be in the pool. Otherwise, really a great accommodation and an all-round beautiful stay!

The apartment was harmonious and well furnished, it left nothing to be desired. We liked the surroundings very much, we went hiking and cycling, admittedly it was quite rugged by bike. The hosts were extremely friendly and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed the bread they baked themselves. There was no shop in the village itself. Gladly again.

Tomas' place is beautiful. It is exactly as shown in the pictures and is more spacious than you can imagine from them. He was an excellent host, very responsive and super helpful in securing a high chair for our son at short notice. This was massively appreciated. When we come back to Prague we will check if Tomas' place is available before looking at any other accommodation options. Thank you!

Spacious, very tastefully furnished apartment in the former forester's lodge with garden and lots of peace and quiet. Ideal for golfers, as it is located directly on the absolutely magnificent and uncrowded golf park. But it is also possible to start hiking at the door. Zwiesel is around the corner, and Bodenmais is just 30 minutes away. Clear recommendation!

The apartment was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped and beautiful. We were allowed to share the garden and were very warmly welcomed. We were given tips for activities and restaurants. Well suited for exploring Mariánské Lázně and Karlovy Vary. A village shop is within walking distance.

Tomi is a wonderful and attentive host! It was the second time my parents stayed at his cozy studio, and they felt just as welcome and comfortable as before — like coming back to a familiar, friendly place. Everything was clean, quiet, and perfectly arranged. Tomi was always kind, responsive, and helpful, which made their stay easy and pleasant. We have been received in an extremely friendly and warm manner. Peter and Ulli are obviously looking forward to guests. We got into a conversation with the two of them very quickly. We visited the wonderful garden, where there was also a magnificent exchange of plants, flowers and other garden items. Jan and Sarah’s place was stunning .. exactly as photos .. clean and tidy … very spacious . It was little extras like salt and pepper.. clothes detergent .. coffee and tea which added to the accommodation. The lift was a great help for travellers with suitcases!!! Access to trams very easy. Instructions to get to accommodation and access on arrival easy and seamless. Would totally recommend to travellers of all ages for location and accessibility… would stay again without hesitation. We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at Romans apartment for 4 nights and it was amazing. the apartment is so easy to get to and access, close to metro and trams, but extremely ce trolly to walk to most attractions. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless, everything we could have possibly needed was supplied, first aide kits, umbrellas, lint rollers, iron, hairdryer. Romans Place covers everything. Romans communication from booking to check out was exceptional and always made sure everything was going well. The apartment had a great shower, amazing WiFi, and although we didn't use it, even supplied drinks in the fridge for a very small additional fee (beers, wines, water etc. cheaper than the local supermarkets). I would definitely recommend Roman and his apartment to anyone visiting Prague and we would definitely stay again if we return. Thank you Roman for a great stay.

We were there for one night and we felt very comfortable. Tasteful decor, clean accommodation, great restaurant nearby. There were even gifts for the children🤗

Great place if you want to experience Prague first hand. Everything is walking distance, even the castle and the mala strana at the other side of the river. Place is marvellous. Quiet, even though it’s in a busy neighbourhood. Very light with windows and balcony. We enjoyed it a lot.

We used this accommodation for the second time. Everything is in perfect order. Clean, calm, complete satisfaction.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The flat was clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped (as if I was at home, not in a hotel/accommodation). The place itself is wonderfully quiet. You can just hear the crickets, the birds, the sound of the wind. Perfect to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several interesting attractions in the area for those who like to be active. Definitely recommended!
