The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

Wonderful place to stay – highly recommended! We spent a few memorable days with 11 people in this great place. The house and the entire grounds are simply a dream – varied, stylishly furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail. Everything was super clean and in top condition. The garden is huge and has plenty of space – perfect for groups! We were particularly enthusiastic about the great amenities: a cozy fire pit, the inviting summer kitchen, hot tub, pool, sauna and even a game room – nothing was really missing. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The hostess was very friendly, easily accessible and provided us with helpful tips on excursions and restaurants. She was always quick to answer questions without being intrusive. Overall a fantastic place to stay that we would book again anytime. Clear recommendation!

Had an amazing stay at Marta's, one of the best Airbnb's I've been to! I loved the Whirlpool and Sauna and my two dogs loved the fully enclosed garden. The small house is very cozy and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing. From the back of the garden you can go directly to the lake below which you can also see from the terrace. Would highly recommend and will hopefully come here again 😊

The place was fantastic, clean, purposeful, beautiful, just unique. Amenities of the chalet👍. The host is kind, responsive, and communicative. The place perfectly matched the description, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and felt like a home away from home. Suzy is a wonderful host, and Vlada was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautifully restored building, situated in a quiet and peaceful village. There are green meadows and a pine forest nearby, which made it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We had a very nice time in the small cottage house. Everything was in good condition, the kitchen is very well equipped and it was clean. The surrounding area is idyllic, albeit relatively secluded. A small, fine piece of jewelry.

The house is in a very quiet environment, which we particularly liked. The amenities were as described, and we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was clean and well prepared so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. Jan was very friendly and easily accessible. Unbelievable kitchen with everything you need and beyond, cute sleeping rooms and amazing old school interior. On top it’s located in a beautiful quiet area where you can only hear the birds sing, the chicken and sheep. 10/10 overall with a great, responsive and helpful host if you have any question/need anything!

Unbeatable for the price. Highly recommended as a starting point for a holiday in the Franconian. We came with a small baby and Manuel quickly put us a baby chair in the apartment. Super accommodating! A definitive go-to for us in the future.

The host was super nice. The cabin was very nice and private and even larger then we expected!

Beautiful location. Perfect for viewing the stars and relaxing. There is lots of wildlife and a lake nearby with walking trails. If you want fancy and to be pampered, this is not for you. But if you want to unwind and relax with nature, this is the place. Would love to visit in the summertime to take advantage of the lakes. Also, we didn’t realize towels were not included. We asked Filip about it and he graciously provided some of his personal towels for us. He also did a great job in preparing the sauna and ice bath as well.

we had an amazing weekend in this cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable cottage - seeing deers from the window and just walking out the gate for a nice hike in the snowy Sumava - perfect place to disconnect, read, spend quality time with loved ones.

A very lovingly furnished AirBnB, with lots of small practical things (coffee maker, broom, oil, tea,...). The garden was very nice, sunny and in summer there will be a lot of berries. The immediate surroundings are not necessarily for hiking directly, but since you are there by car anyway, it was perfect for us. The charm of the apartment was very nice and we felt so comfortable.

10/10 I recommend. Peter sent accurate and clear information. Very beautiful place. There is a hot tub and sauna, which you have to melt with wood yourself, and the better is the enjoyment. :) Everything is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a screen with a projector, which is a great thing for evening comfort with a movie, but also for teambuildings, etc. Recommended!

It was such a pleasure staying in this beautiful house. It had everything we expected and more. Being surrounded by forest with almost no neighbors in sight made for a truly peaceful and unique experience. Also our dogs loved the beautiful garden. Thank you so much!

This cottage is exactly what you hope to find on airbnb. Beautifully appointed with simple, high quality furnishings, and lots of personal touches. There is plenty of space for two families and lots of toys. The large enclosed garden is great to run around in, the fire is cosy and David the host was incredibly kind and responsive. The area is lovely and we joined some locals in the pub for Mikuláš one evening during our stay. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely return.
