Sweet cottage with everything you need , uncomplicated self check-in, quiet surroundings. 3 minutes walk to private beach, 15 minutes walk to beautiful Murrner See with great restaurant and beach bar. Regensburg is just around the corner and definitely worth a visit. I felt very comfortable!

Beautiful, centrally located bungalow, equipped with everything you need. The landlord is very nice, quick to respond to requests and questions and is very helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the spacious bungalow right away. The property is completely fenced, so that our dog was also able to sniff the garden immediately and without leash. The contact with the hostess was very nice and communicative. We can very well imagine taking a longer vacation here again. The proximity to the nearest place is very convenient and activities are also possible here. The location directly on the lake is very nice, especially in good weather, because you can sit very comfortably in the garden and relax. The holiday accommodation is worth a real recommendation. Thank you for the modern, loving and comfortable furnishings.

A very nice small house with two bedrooms. Also separated by a thin door. Perfect for us to hear our toddler. A terrace and garden where you can bbq, sit in sun and shade. Nearby public outdoor pool with playground that was €3,- for entry for 1 adult. Very good bakery and butcher in village and supermarket nearby. True to description. Perfect surroundings to relax!! We loved it and will come back.

My husband and I attended the Bayreuth Festival and were looking for a quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. We were happy to invest the 30-40 minute drive. We were able to relax in Mark's beautiful bungalow: the large, partially covered terrace allowed us to stay outside at all times and let the view of the countryside wander. Good hiking opportunities, a forest swimming pool in the neighboring village and interesting nearby places offer a high recreational value. We were particularly impressed by the museum in Wunsiedel and Weißenstadt with a restaurant visit to Gasthaus Egertal. The equipment of the bungalow is pleasant: good mattresses, high-quality floors, carpentry furniture to name a few. For us as a couple, the space was sufficient, with larger children it will be a bit tight in the long run I suspect. Thank you, Mark, for the wonderful stay and good care by your representative in the village.

The place was exactly as listed and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location on Google maps takes you to house no. 55, but this property is just opposite side of the road. We travelled with a 2 yr old kid and he really enjoyed the garden and the tennis court. We also enjoyed lighting a small bonfire in the garden as there were all equipments available like coal, wood, lighter etc. Drinking water bottles were also readily provided and place had great wifi. However, one thing to note is that there is a hallway to reach the bedrooms and all heating equipments and water pipes are exposed in that hallways, so you have to be extra careful if you are staying with your kids here. Also, the water pump makes a lot of noise every time you use water or flush the toilet, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially in the night when kids are sleeping. Sharing this for other parents. Other than that, it was a great property and I would recommend.

The cottage is in a fantastic location. Magnificent panoramic views over the Eibenstock reservoir. It is absolutely quiet, perfect for relaxing, especially on the beautiful, large terrace. The house leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment, you can enjoy the great view even from the bed. Sauna and bath tub are of course a highlight. You can start beautiful hikes directly from the house. It was already our second visit and certainly not our last.

Sister vacation with 2 dogs in a perfect, sparkling clean and fully equipped house with comfort - simply fantastic! The communication with the landlords next door, Corina & Uli, was straightforward and the area was fantastic for peace and nature seekers - it was really hard for us to say goodbye! I'm sure we'll be back.

With "a beautiful spot on earth," Iris perfectly summed up the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed, the check-in/out was flexible and easy. We stayed 5 days in the accommodation and had a lovely short vacation with many experiences. We got tips from Iris herself and also the very nice neighbors. We lacked nothing, if a question arose and was quickly helped by message or call within minutes. We will be happy to come back at some point.
