In order to provide guests with cozy accommodation contrasting with the standardized hotel style of living. We approached the design of individual apartments individually, using a number of distinctive decorations. The location of the building in the city center and yet in a quiet green area is unique. The newly built apartment for 1 person with a size of 20m2 is situated in a quiet part of the building overlooking the courtyard.
