S cílem poskytnout hostům útulné ubytování kontrastující se standardizovaným hotelovým stylem bydlení. K návrhu jednotlivých apartmánů jsme přistupovali individuálně, s použitím řady osobitých dekorací. Umístění budovy v centru města a přesto v klidné zelené oblasti je unikátní. Nově vybudovaný apartmán pro 3 osoby o velikosti 30m2. Apartmán je situován na východ s výhledem do klidné ulice.
