Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect to visit Dresden or Prague by car.

Delightful nature accommodation with great views of the surrounding area. Suitable for a vacation, until we thought it was a shame we didn't stay a bit longer. A kind and welcoming host was just an imaginary cherry on top. We'd love to come back sometime in the future.

Filip’s home is very inviting, close to mountains, ski slopes and lakes. Cycling infrastructure by the surrounding lakes, at the of visit, was being built but already walkable. Sauna works wonderfully the dip bath is great. Ine can a dog no problem. It was a treat.

The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

We were there with our two small dogs for three nights. The house is small but completely sufficient for two. The whirlpool and the completely dog-safe garden were our highlights. You don't have to worry about the dog while you're in the hot tub, as the garden is completely fenced and both gates are lockable. So that no one can enter the garden from the outside. In the garden, you are completely undisturbed and there is a privacy screen everywhere. You will always find a sunny spot to relax in the garden. There is also a covered terrace and the whirlpool and infrared sauna are completely covered. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. We can highly recommend the house and the great garden to anyone who wants to relax and is looking for peace and quiet.

Communication before and the accommodation itself went perfectly well. The host is very helpful and gave us good tips on what to visit nearby. The accommodation is in a quiet place in the middle of the village. The accommodation is ideal as a base for trips/bike tours in Posázaví. The cottage is a bit smaller with a small kitchen that is equipped for quick cooking and offers intimate seating through the building.

Jaromir's small cottage is secluded in the small village of Louka, about 50 km north of Brno. The house has been lovingly renovated with bright furniture and many details that make it very cozy. The premises were extremely clean and the rooms large. Everything looked exactly as it did in the photos. The kitchen, which is in the spacious living room, is fully equipped and we lacked nothing. The tiled stove/kitchen stove to be heated with wood was practical in view of the cool weather. Jaromir had prepared enough wood, etc. We found numerous brochures for excursions in the area, some of which were also available in English. There is a very natural garden with trees and tall grass, as well as a table and armchair, and a barbecue. For lovers of nature and tranquility and families with children, we highly recommend this beautiful holiday home!

Petr is a really nice person. He did everything he could to make us feel comfortable however the toilet was not clean. He is a great host and if you are looking for a truly farm experience then this is the best place to do that.

The house is located in a very quiet natural location with a view of the Silesian Hart, pastures and Jeseníky with Praděd. About 10 minutes walk is a public beach - in June completely without people. We liked cycling around the dam. There is no shop in the nearby village and the restaurant is under reconstruction. The equipment of the house pleasantly surprised us - it is even better than in the photos and description. Generously designed space, plenty of storage and work space, elegant accessories, a fireplace that heats the house, everything modern and new. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room, bathroom with toilet, on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, with a study and a second toilet, on the 2nd floor there is an attic bedroom - this is not suitable for small children and people with reduced mobility due to steep stairs. I recommend it to all lovers of peace and nature who do not want to give up any of the advantages of modern living!

5-star stay despite small shortcomings: There are an incredible number of cobwebs, especially in the pergola, but also throughout the house. Bad for me with my phobia at first. Over time, I got used to it. The mattresses are laid out and thin. A kitchen cabinet smells strong. To the absolutely positive, worth mentioning: the location, the house, the play facilities, the garden, barbecue, seating on the lake... simply fantastic!!! We would come back! Blato, a beautiful place with lots of possibilities around it. The bottom line: a very great stay!

We were in the cottage with 3 children and felt very comfortable, nothing was missing. Heaters, hot water, oven worked great. We spared no expense and after 4 days we had only used €24 for electricity and €8 for wood pellets. The quiet and private location is particularly noteworthy. Locals also swim in the reservoir. We could have used our SUP - but it was still too cold for us. There are fantastic hiking trails that start right at the house. It takes about 1 hour to drive to the highlights such as the bastion, Carolafelsen, etc. We have a clear recommendation - we will be happy to come back! Thank you, dear Ondrej!

Had a great time staying in this warm, cimfortable and inviting home; one full of charm & character. Cozy:) Felt right at home. The only thing missing was an extra dish towel and a cutting board. Overall very please and satisfied ❤️🫶🙏
