Elegant, Stylish Art Nouveau Home Besides Old Town Square

Enjoy staying in my beautiful Art Nouveau home built during the 1890s but with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. The ideal place to call home while in Prague for either a long weekend, a business trip, or why not a long stay. Let my reviews speak for themselves!

The apartment is a part of the residence, which has 9 unique apartments. This spacious and elegant apartment with original decorated ceilings and Viennese cross board flooring on the first floor will suit all generations. Even though it's located few steps from the most famous monuments, it's in the quiet area.

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Host always responded directly, very friendly and cooperative. Everything super organized. Completely straightforward check-in and check-out, all with code and without key. Great location, you are right in the pedestrian zone. Quiet in the evening, we had a studio on the 4th floor. The sofa bed for the 3rd person was also large and good to sleep on. The view of the backyard is not the most beautiful, but it was very quiet. The apartment building is equipped with a lift. Parking directly around the corner in an open car park with a barrier (€12/24 hours) Overall, a very nice, very well located, modern and well-maintained accommodation in the center with many culinary options ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner, coffee, cocktails and snacks. A super nice place to relax and feel comfortable all around. We give 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

Great place, great apartment. The only problem is the noise during the evening and partly also during the night. If you want to sleep you might have a problem. Lively beer pub under the window and, electronic music club in the building (we visited on Friday night and some techno or disco took place there, so we could hear it until 2am or s). Perfect for those who come to have fun and party outside, less for those looking for a quieter place to sleep.

We had a wonderful time for almost 2 months. Lenka was very attentive to our needs. Location is a perfect, close to metro and trams. Also there is plenty of restaurants to choose from, just walking distance from the apartment. We have been in Prague for several times and this is the place to be.

It's a very nice and cosy apartment with all basic things available. location is amazing that allows you to reach all the places very easily with tram stop just 2 minutes away. Everything was fantastic. I recommend any first time tourists visiting Prague. Just with kid one issue as TV is not smart we had to plan other things for him. Else excellent stay!
