Don't let the first look scare you. Yes it looks a bit aged with the wooden windows and the retro furniture but the place is perfectly fine. The kitchen is recent and has all the appliances you need. The bathroom has a rainshower and there's a washer and dryer! Clean sheets and towels were provided. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is quite large and has a trampoline that's in good state, garden furniture and a BBQ. We had some trouble with the wifi but Vit responded fast to help resolve the issue :) There's a bus within walking distance and supermarkets less than 10 min by car. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this house.

We had a great stay at Lukas’s place! The house is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean — it really has a feel-good atmosphere. The location is peaceful, right by a beautiful lake, and still close enough to Prague if you feel like a trip to the city. Lukas was a fantastic host — super friendly, communicative, and always helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything as described – clean, spacious and very well equipped. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Contact with the host was hassle-free – quick responses and a very helpful approach. We stayed for 3 days and were completely satisfied. The house was beautifully clean, modernly equipped, and we didn't miss anything. We were most excited about the view, which was really amazing and contributed to the overall relaxed atmosphere of the stay. We can only recommend the place and would love to come back in the future.

We were a large family group. I especially liked the large table and the well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The house is designed for large groups and well thought through. There was a very detailed exposé with all information about the house and the area. I would book this house again anytime.

The place was excellent. The house was large and offered many opportunities for relaxing get-togethers. We were 13 people and we all found a nice place. The door lock needs to be replaced, but that's the only drawback.

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

There were seven of us in the house, there was nothing missing, very good location, quiet and with beautiful views. We would mist definitely visit again.

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We had a really pleasant stay at Marie's place. The super neat and tastefully decorated flat has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you :)) To extraordinary Saxon Switzerland is an hour's ride, while you can go for a full day visit to Prag with about a 1.5-hour drive.

A very beautiful, high-standard villa perfect for a relaxing getaway, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and surrounded by nature. It's an ideal base for scenic drives to local attractions and hiking spots, offering both tranquility and adventure. The check-in process is very smooth, and Jindy is always quick to help if you need anything.

I was there for relaxation and sports! The area is simply wonderful. An oasis of tranquility that also offers a great mountain bike network of extensive tours in the forest to the single trail in Telc.

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!
