Villa holiday rentals in Zandvoort

We had the most fantastic week at Ivo's home. The house itself was spotless and we were welcomed with a beautiful basket of treasures for our stay as well as lovely soft bed linen and towels. It's very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities we required. A real home from home. The location is excellent. It was just a few minutes walk to the local shops and we especially loved the ice-cream boutique which serves the most delicious flavours. We used the train a few times to get to Haarlem and Amsterdam and the station is a short walk from the house. We didn't need to use our car the whole time we stayed there, preferring to cycle or walk. I cannot recommend Ivo's home highly enough.

It was a great weekend at the property. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a great kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and never felt that something was missing. Glad to come back !

We stayed at Heleen's place with our family including our 2.5 yeard old daughter and our 11-month old sun and my parents at Heleen's place for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The location is fantastique if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to nature (walkable) and beach. The house has a beautiful garden for kids to play in (including trampoline) and inside the house has all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved it as an escape from our normal city-life, this is an Airbnb experience you would not be able to get in any other way!

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. We felt comfortable. We liked the private garden and the open tastefully furnished living area. Of course, the cat Poppy was the highlight for our kids. Poppy is a friendly and easy-care cat. As described, the connection to the beach is really great and quickly accessible. There are also many ways to do things and excursions. There was always a friendly and quick exchange with hosts. It was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed the privacy of the sunny terrace as well as cosy evenings in front of the chimney. Thanks a lot - we are looking forward to come back.

A beautiful house with all the advantages for a wonderful vacation. It has a great ambiance with plenty of space. The wardrobe is large and bright. The living and dining area is very nicely designed, the kitchen has all the features (dishwasher at standing height, great coffee maker, super stove, Quooker, dishes and glasses - very nice). The guest toilet on the first floor has a great design. The top two floors have very stylish high-quality furnishings with beautiful lighting. The bathroom is fully equipped, also very high quality. The garden is also very nicely designed with several seats with a very pleasant atmosphere, also covered. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The location is ideal for short distances to Alkmaar, Amsterdam and the sea. The lake in Akersloot is around the corner. We can fully recommend the house and will be happy to come back. We had a very nice time in the accommodation, this is equipped with a lot of things and nothing was missing! The beach is within walking distance and a supermarket is also nearby. Everything is great.

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

It’s also very family-friendly, which was important to us as we were traveling with young children. The space felt safe and welcoming for little ones, with plenty of room for them to play. The location is perfect – just a short drive to both the beach and the city center, so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. Whether we wanted a day in the sun or exploring the local attractions, everything was within easy reach. Our host was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with great recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was another highlight, being well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish home.

Great place in a super unique location right next to a restored and operating windmill. The bed arrangement was super cool and different which our children loved. Highly recommended for any big group. Lots of sleeping accommodations and close to Amsterdam and many other attractions.

An absolute gem right on the canal – a dream come true for design lovers! This house is simply a little paradise in the middle of Haarlem! The location right on the canal is not only picturesque, but also wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The small garden is a green oasis, lovingly designed and ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The interior is exceptional – modern, exclusive and with a lot of flair for style and atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtful, every piece of furniture seems to be chosen wisely. You can feel right away: here someone with heart and a fine sense of design has been set up. The beds are wonderfully comfortable!

Marjolein was a perfect hostess. Her home was spacious and clean and very comfortably slept my group of 8 for 9 days. She welcomed us to her home with a pot of home-made soup and was kind and hospitable. She went as far as helping us book a cab last minute and had wonderful recommendations for all kinds of things. The home is conveniently located by the train making trips to Amsterdam easy and affordable. My group and I would highly recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the Netherlands.

Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

We spent an unforgettable weekend with our friends in this beautiful villa during our annual friends weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was arranged to perfection and we could immediately enjoy the luxury and comfort that this home offers. The villa is not only spacious and stylishly decorated, but also equipped with all comforts, making us feel right at home. The beautiful location and the atmospheric ambiance made the picture complete. Whether we relaxed together in the spacious living room, enjoyed the beautiful view, or spent time outside, it was enjoyable every minute. What makes this place really special is the perfect balance between luxury and coziness, ideal for a weekend with friends where you want both peace and fun. Our group has enjoyed it enormously and we are already looking forward to our next stay here! In short, this villa is an absolute must if you are looking for a fantastic place to stay with friends.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.
