A lovely, quiet apartment, close to the beach, train station and city center. From the terrace you can see the sea! A two-minute walk will take you to the beach. The apartment has its own entrance. Everything is available inside; kitchen, shower, toilet, bedding, towels, coffee, tea, shampoo. Opposite the house is a private garage for your car. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. By train, it is a short ride to Haarlem and Amsterdam. In short, ideal for a wonderful short or long vacation!

Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Studio Tol was completely rebuilt in 2019 and has all the comforts. For example, there is a living room, separate bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room there is a lovely sofa bed and a TV with most digital channels. There is also a dining table where you can dine if you have prepared your meal in your own kitchen. This kitchen has all the comforts such as a fridge, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, kettle and induction cooktop.

The apartment, located in the basement of our house, is accessible through our beautiful private garden and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The beach, the circuit, the dunes and the village are within walking distance. You have your own garden, which is separated from our private garden by a wooden fence. So both you and we have our own privacy. It may be that our very friendly cat will visit you in the garden, but it may not enter the apartment.
