A lovely, quiet apartment, close to the beach, train station and city center. From the terrace you can see the sea! A two-minute walk will take you to the beach. The apartment has its own entrance. Everything is available inside; kitchen, shower, toilet, bedding, towels, coffee, tea, shampoo. Opposite the house is a private garage for your car. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. By train, it is a short ride to Haarlem and Amsterdam. In short, ideal for a wonderful short or long vacation!

The central location of the property allows you to enjoy all the exciting amenities that the village has to offer and it is only a short brisk 3 minute walk to the famous 9km long sandy beach. The appartment is private, you will have the whole first floor of the property to yourself! with easy access via a shared communal entrance.

Studio Lines is a quietly located, newly built guest suite (2021), 50 meters from the dunes and 600 meters from the beach. The luxurious and modern studio has its own entrance, a comfortable box spring bed (160 × 200 m), blackout blinds, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, coffee, tea and a smart TV incl. City tax is: €3.30 p.p. The corner house consists of 3 floors. The vacation home is located under our house, the guests have their own entrance and a garden with a shed, and another cozy seating area. For the sake of clarity: we only have a living space of 40 m2, including sleeping space, living space and open kitchen and bathroom with a sliding door. We have 1 bedroom, standard from 2 people. There is a folding bed for a third person (200 cm×90 cm). Thank you.

Our studio is equipped with all comforts, with a lovely 160x210. A private kitchen, lovely shower and TV with Netflix. It is a quiet street and everything is within walking distance. Our beach has many beautiful, fun and cozy beach bars with incredibly delicious food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated. It meets all modern standards. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.
