[Idyllic corner at the gates of Paris] This small lakefront cottage date from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I rent it in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor which is not accessible. Chalet located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing.
