The Château du Saulce domain is a former Knights Templar commandery founded in 1216 and was taken over by the Order of Malta in the 14th century. The small castle in the Versailles style is from the 18th century and has been entirely renovated, keeping all the elements of the romanticism of its era. Located on the banks of the Yonne river, it is surrounded by a 3 hectare park with remarkable old trees and birds, ponds and a decorated trianon, as well as a modern swimming pool.

The 15th-century castle farm d'Arbonne has a guest/vacation home (gîte) within its walls that accommodates 6 people in summer, 4 in winter (the romantic tower room cannot be used in winter). The entrance to the courtyard is shared, but you have your own cottage, with a tower! There is only a wood-burning stove that you have to maintain yourself.
