The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Burgundy winegrower house of 110m 2, with fenced garden, terrace with garden lounge and an outbuilding that can accommodate 2 cars. The large fully equipped kitchen will allow you to have your meals with your family. The living room with its library , television and children's games. The rooms are very spacious, and I put at your disposal all the baby equipment, mattress bed, bed linen, changing mattress, bath seat. A wifi connection is available in the house.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

A few kilometres from Toucy and its market, but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the castle of St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check in after 4 pm. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
