The hut is nestled among magnificent century-old trees, elevating you above the canopy while allowing you to observe the life of the park's animals. It offers you a warm all-wood cocoon, equipped with kitchen, private bathroom with beautiful duo bathtub elongated larch equipped for showers, 3 sleeping spaces to accommodate 2 to 6 people. This unusual accommodation will allow you to stop time with loved ones for an unforgettable moment.

Kota with Nordic bath, sauna and pool

The wooden Kota cottage is located in the middle of a quiet and wooded area. Your stay will allow you to discover the rocks and walks of the Fontainebleau forest. The moments spent at "Paley de l'éden" will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing or a week of work. We can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children under 10 years old. A second accommodation is only available as a Kota option for two children or adults.

Our village is 15km from the historic town of Troyes, 10km from factory shops and 30km from Nigloland amusement park! Take the opportunity to discover the Champagne vineyard. Bike rental available and dry toilet outdoors!

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

The Millésime has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and stove to cook up some good family dishes. For the night part, 2 bunk beds await you. One 160 x 200 and one 140 x 190. You will have a 20-square-meter terrace to share your meals or to bask in the sun with views of the goats!
