A great place with plenty of space for two. All in good shape and with a kitchen that is very well equipped with all one needs. Emmanuelle and Thierry have been great hosts; pleasant and thoughtful, but also respecting our privacy. Easy contact as they life across the lawn in the second house on the property. The little village and the vicinity are very nice. We visited the castle and did a nice long bike excursion along the channel.

Very practical house, Isabelle is a very responsive and caring host. The house has everything you need to cook, sleep well and enjoy the outdoors.

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).

This place is very well located, clean and quiet in the city center! Communication with Stéphanie was enjoyable. It seems that Stéphanie took into account the previous reviews because the bedding seems to have been changed and seemed quite comfortable to me. Had a nice stay!

I had a pleasant stay in the apartment, it is clear, clean, tidy, spacious for one person. The bed is of good quality the cotton sheets, there is closet bottom and well-stocked household products. The apartment is close to the center and rather quiet. Gwen is accommodating and responsive. I recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay with this couple who created a real little paradise on their property. The garden is vast and full of charm – an ideal place to relax. I really enjoyed the table d'hôtes, a real moment of conviviality and culinary pleasure. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent – a real pleasure to start the day like this. The exchanges with the hosts were warm and interesting. The room is spacious and the mattress very comfortable – I slept very well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

I had a great stay in the studio offered by Françoise and Jean. The complimentary breakfast, with raspberries from the garden, was very good! The studio is peaceful and Françoise has good tips for activities to do around the city: I recommend it :)

Very pleasant and spacious accommodation, with all the necessary amenities. Perfect with a 10-month-old baby. We enjoyed the garden with its children's games and hammock to relax. An ideal break during our bike tour along the Burgundy Canal. We'd love to come back!
