The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. Le canal de Bourgogne est à 7km. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Guédelon à 13 min, lac du Bourdon et sites de Puisaye à proximité. Parfait pour une pause nature, un séjour au vert ou une retraite personnelle.

L' instant spa est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'un moment de détente à la campagne. Il accueille confortablement deux personnes. Situé en Bourgogne dans un petit village calme à 20 min d'Auxerre (10 min de la sortie d'autoroute A6 Auxerre nord) , de Chablis,de Joigny à 30 min de Tonnerre, à 50 min de Troyes , à 10 min de la gare de Laroche Migennes et à 2 heures de Paris . Le Mont Saint Sulpice est un village avec boulangerie pâtisserie et un proximarchė.

Free access to the garden and heated pool (10 x 5 meters), non-private (May - September). Located between Sens and Joigny, close to Villeneuve sur Yonne, Courtenay and the A5, A6 and A19 highways, in the heart of the countryside, we are 1h30 south of Paris, 1h10 from Guédelon and Chablis.

There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

A haven of tranquility in the middle of a plot of over 3000 m2 where our chickens roam freely (not visible in winter and bad weather) We are located 400 metres from the Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes on stands for very nice rides in the countryside, the forest and the vineyard. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne at an additional cost.
