Located in the heart of the Pinar de San Juan, a privileged enclave, in the town of Altura and 2 km from Segorbe, the capital of the Alto Palancia region in Castellón.

On the ground floor there is a living room with terrace, garden, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, single room, garage and back terrace with barbecue. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with balcony, 1 with two twin beds, a bathroom and terrace. On the second floor there is a lounge, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. The elevator runs through all the floors of the house.
