Holiday rentals with beach access in Xilxes

Excellent stay, clear instructions to arrive and leave, clean and well-equipped accommodation, super pleasant terrace, quiet environment in this season, everything was perfect for us.

We were happy with our choice. Friendly hosts, clean, cozy apartment, has everything you need as described. Beautiful beach 5 minutes from the house, close to a large supermarket.

We had a wonderful stay! Helen was excellent – super friendly, responsive at all times, and communication was smooth and simple from the start. We especially appreciated the clear instructions and help provided before our arrival, including the PDF explanation document, that was a great touch! The apartment itself was amazing – very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. Since we visited outside the high season, the whole area was calm and peaceful, which made it the perfect getaway to escape from everyday stress. Everything is within walking distance, although you should be prepared for a bit of a walk. That said, renting a car could be a good option, especially if you want to explore more of the stunning nature nearby. Highly recommended – would definitely stay again!

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

The stay was very pleasant. The Airbnb is nicer than the photos show. The landlords were very nice and gave us helpful tips. Everything you need is in the apartment. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. ☺️☺️

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

Not only does the description 100% match, but the stay was very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended us where to eat, like moving around there, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

Our stay at José Roman's went very well. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, very well-equipped and fresh (perfect for hot weather!!) José Roman is very friendly and full of proposals and small touches. The apartment is well located close to the square and 10 minutes from the center by bike (the bike paths are great!!! There is a bike rental 2mn away). The only downside is that the walls are thin and the neighbors were unfortunately very noisy late at night and early in the morning (moving furniture, doors slamming and even screwdriver at 11pm) but it was probably unusual because the other reviews hadn't mentioned it)

Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

Nice place, near the Marina, perfect for all 8 persons each pair in his room with private bathroom. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

An excellent experience! The apartment exceeded our expectations: clean, cozy and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The host, Marius, was very attentive and made it easier for us to do everything we needed. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommended!

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
