With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

There’s several excellent pubs & restaurants nearby, including a gourmet restaurant pub where you can enjoy a full English, a three course meal or an amazing Sunday roast. This freshly refurbished room offers compact self catering facility, within a beautiful rural setting, with lovely views and local walks/cycle routes, yet close to all necessary amenities in Henley-in-Arden and Hockley Heath, just a few (three) minutes drive away, with plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafes to choose from. Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Outside seating for alfresco dining, a fire pit for those cooler evenings (great for cooking those marshmallows). The hut is fully equipped with all you’ll need.

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly.
