Holiday rentals with lake access in Wychavon District

Mel was so lovely and friendly, and was perfect with our anxious rescue dog Eric who can be tricky with new people - he likes his space. We felt really at home and all the little extras for Eric - dog towels, blankets, treats and toys were lovely. The Annexe is in a lovely quiet spot with quiet dog walks within 1 minute, so this was perfect for Eric. And it is really well stocked with everything you'd expect in an Airbnb - it genuinely felt as though we were guests rather than a money-making venture. Mel even added some shopping for us that we'd forgotten to bring when she did her shop. Great host, very kind.

Stayed for 2 nights with my mum and daughter for a nearby wedding. The layout was great, cosy, and close to parking (ideal for mum). Kitchen was well-stocked and there were welcome snacks, which was a lovely touch. The air fryer was very small — fine for 1–2 people but bring your own if cooking for more. The beds felt like they’d been made a while ago — not dirty, just a bit dusty/stale, so I’d suggest refreshing them closer to check-in. Couldn’t find outdoor seat cushions, but that’s minor. Would recommend for couples or families. Peaceful site with a pub (nice but pricey), kids play area, and red deer you can feed for free. Car needed, but Bromyard is under 10 mins away with shops, takeaways, and pubs. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return for another quiet break.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The view from the terrace is incredible. We enjoyed a few games of tennis and relaxing in the hot tub. The house was spotlessly clean and have everything you could possibly want for a weekend. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and there was plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

We had a great stay. it was close to bus station stop we could take into the city. The place was clean and quiet neighborhood.

The property was just as the photos and perfect for a short stay in Worcester. Beds were really comfortable and a well fitted kitchen / dining area. Perfectly located with a few min walk into the City Centre or a nice riverside walks. Lovely café opposite where we enjoyed breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

This is an impressive cottage in Bourton, only a short walk into the centre. Everything about the cottage was exactly as described. Sarah is an exceptional host, very proactive, informative and friendly. Supplied accurate details of how to find the property, and was available when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. The whole process was seamless. Many thanks Sarah, we had a great stay and your recommendations were really helpful. Also, thank you for the lemon drizzle cake, which we greatly enjoyed.

Only a one night stay but was a very peaceful and cosy night. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds on which we stayed were gorgeous and very nice to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

A very nice flat located on the main road (Abingdon) toward Oxford city center. About a 25-30 walk. The flat itself is good for one or two people. Upstairs sitting area/living room gets terrific sunlight and a great breeze. Pretty convenient Tesco Expresses just north and just south of the flat. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty park right next door.

A cosy contained flat sitting about an absolutely stunning valley, overlooking a wood beyond. Holly's flat was absolutely perfect for what I wanted - an away from it all, peaceful location where I could study and write. I love nature and I was surrounded by deer, incredible birdsong, red kites, pheasants and so much more. I was lucky to be here for the bluebells and also the golden fields of rapeseed. Ideal location for anyone who likes hill walking, hiking and / or is doing the Cotswold Way. It takes less than 10 mins to drive into Cheltenham, but this place is truly an oasis of calm and serenity. A 6-min drive to the nearest large supermarket, so that was handy. The furniture etc might be a tad dated but, honestly, the price reflects that fact and, frankly, I loved that this wasn't a show home, but rather a well-loved country place. Holly was wonderful to interact with. I recommend this flat in the heart of the Cotswolds. The bed is super comfy too!

The flat is beautiful stairs quite steep lovely bedroom and lounge. It’s a three minute walk to the perch an amazing pub with garden and great food. It’s half an hour river walk to the trout another amazing pub with views. The walk to Oxford is half an hour across fields and along the river. Easy walk and beautiful. There is a Waitrose few minutes drive away. The welcome back was lovely. The hosts so lovely . The garden beautiful. This is our second visit and will not be our last.

We booked Glyme Flat as we were working in the local area for a couple of days. What a lovely place to wind down after a days work! The instructions to find the place & check in where especially useful as it is very off the beaten track. Make sure you've got them downloaded as there really isn't much signal there! We had a wonderful stay, we only wish we'd booked for longer. The cottage was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and had everything that we needed and the Aga was wonderful. It was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Victoria provided us with all the information we needed for the cottage and the local area and was available if we needed to make contact. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful break to celebrate our 20 Year wedding anniversary.

As soon as you shut the front door, you just feel at home and calm. The house has everything you could ask for and more. Sitting at the kitchen table, with the sun coming through the garden was my Happy place. I could quite happily live here.

What a truly beautiful venue if you want a quiet & private setting with amazing views & a trip to wonderful day trip to Ludlow with lazy cafes & a wonderful river walk… beds were comfy, everything you needed & a private hot tub was the perfect end to a days walking!

We loved our stay in Ducklington. The cottage was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed. Barry was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We went to Diddly Squat during the day and the Farmers Dog for dinner and the evening. Barry recommended a taxi driver who was wonderful. Thank you Barry and Julian. We loved our stay x

We had a fabulous relaxing long weekend at Old Barn House, a simply beautiful house in a beautiful peaceful setting with a wonderful countryside view from every window! The information provided by Sarah prior to our visit was excellent & so comprehensive with a lovely meet & greet on our arrival & a wonderful welcome basket containing lots of goodies. The house is very spacious, beautifully furnished & equipped, with plenty of parking, spotlessly clean with absolutely everything thought of including hot tub towels & blankets for those chilly evenings sitting outside in the stunning garden. The beds were so comfortable & the luxury bedding the best any of us had previously experienced in a holiday rental. The hot tub with a view & garden hammock were also big hits & used daily.....and although we didn't get time to try them out, there is also a great selection of indoor & outdoor games. Thank you so much, we would highly recommend.

Wish we could go back on a regular basis, as this was an amazing stay for our first time to the UK. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you for a lovely week!
