Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

Lakeside Lodge - 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. The ultimate space - with private deck over looking our family farm where you can enjoy a drink from the deck chairs, in front of the fire pit! Located 15 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon and 30 minutes from the heart of the Cotswolds, there is a huge amount to explore close by.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Three Mile Hideaway

Situated on site of a Grade II thatched cottage and accessed by a private driveway/track, this beautiful and extremely unique hideaway has been made specifically for the space where you can come and relax in the peaceful woodland surroundings. It’s got a beautiful wooden hot tub and large outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy some toasted marshmallows under the stars. The hideaway is situated next to a wonderful footpath where you can enjoy the idyllic routes into the village.
