Under a thatched roof, the apartment with an area of approximately 65 square meters offers two bedrooms with double bed or double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open living area with kitchen and dining area. Es liegt im Ortsteil Dierhagen-Ost, welcher sich nördlich von Dierhagen-Dorf befindet und nicht in Dierhagen-Strand (obwohl am Strand).
