The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with children). A super cottage, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters from Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great vacation paradise, with beach, forest, rich bird and animal life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump and the house is well insulated. The price is without electricity consumption. Then a claim for extra payment for electricity consumption will be made after the stay.

The house is ideal for a family vacation or weekend, as well as for a work stay in peace and quiet. The house is cleaned on arrival – therefore a mandatory cleaning fee.

The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Flot og hyggeligt indrettet sommerhus i træ, beliggende på en dejlig grund i rolige omgivelser, og tæt på skov og dejlig sand strand. Rummelig stue kombineret med åbent køkken. Til huset er der både en overdækket og åben terrasse. Der er en sovesofa i stue, og to værelser med dobbelt senge. Sommerhuset er til max 6 personer. Men bedst til 4 personer. Derudover er der 1 stk. Barneseng. Til ferieboligen hører 10 m2 overdækket terrasse, og 80 m2 dejlig stor træterrasse med Grill, og havemøbler.

Enjoy your holiday in our beautiful newly built cottage in Bøtø. The cottage is bright with high ceilings and large windows. It has 3 bedrooms and is therefore ideal for a family of up to 6 people. The cottage is located just 900 meters from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches. The coast line is perfect for walking, cycling, or running. You can also enjoy nature in Bøtø forest, which is home to wild horses. Marielyst (5 km away) offers delicious ice cream, shopping, and great restaurants.

Tæt på skøn natur til både gå- eller cykelture. Der er cykler til rådighed til fri afbenyttelse.
